Planning estimate—not an engineered design. Water Winger demand and throw radius are calculated from the Rain Bird 30H/30WH nozzle chart. The stock 3/16 in. main with 3/32 in. spreader uses 9.0 GPM at 50 PSI. Removing the spreader and installing the included plug reduces charted flow to 7.2 GPM at 50 PSI. Ground choices are: small at 4 GPM with 39 ft throw, 1/2 in. Rain Bird at 5 GPM with 41 ft throw, large 3/4 in. Rain Bird, and the 31 in. tall heavy-duty Rain Bird using the selected Rain Bird main and spreader nozzles. Values are at 50 PSI. The simulator uses manufacturer pump points, USDA hose-friction values and a conservative closed-loop calculation. Pump modes assume a 1-1/2 in. supply line; Home water supply mode uses a 3/4 in. line and the user-entered flowing PSI and available US GPM. Closed-loop mode splits flow in both directions; dead-end mode sends full flow through the full run. Demand is assumed equal among like sprinklers. Actual performance changes with fittings, suction lift, hose condition, nozzle choice and pump condition. Always flow-test the installed system.
